As Vice President, Business Analytics and Technology at SAP, Peter is responsible for driving SAP's Social Media and Cloud Analytics strategies, allowing SAP and their customers to improve their efficiency and performance through the utilization of Social Media and Cloud technologies. Previously, Peter was Vice President of SAP's North American OEM channel, where his team was responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with many of the world's leading technology companies. Peter also has an extensive marketing background, having worked as Director of Marketing for Future Shop, Canada's largest consumer electronics retailer (now part of Best Buy). While at Future Shop, Peter was named by Marketing Magazine as one of Canada's most influential marketers. Peter lives in Vancouver, Canada and holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University.

During his tenure at Business Objects, he was a Product Manager responsible
for the developer tools area of the industry-leading Crystal Reports product. During this time, he co-authored
three books on Business Intelligence and has served as technical editor
to several more. He has also been a speaker at numerous technology conferences
across the globe.
