Kristine Steuart (Berry) has a deep understanding of the needs of global marketing organizations and works closely with marketing executives to ensure that their Marketing Measurement and Marketing ROI objectives are met. With a background in enterprise software marketing at Crystal Decisions/Business Objects (now an SAP company), she combines her expertise in Marketing and Business Intelligence to help Allocadia's customers run their marketing organizations at peak operational performance. By ensuring customers realize a significant return on their Allocadia investment, the company is emerging as a strong and strategic player in the marketing technology market. In her spare time, she spends time with her husband, daughter and son. Kristine holds a BA in Communication from Simon Fraser University and an Executive Management Certificate from Queen's School of Business.
Katherine Berry | Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder
Katherine's unique combination of marketing expertise and technical know-how makes her uniquely positioned to solve the Marketing ROI challenges of enterprise marketing organizations. By working closely with both customers and engineers, Katherine is able to transform complex business requirements into a product that delivers clear and strong value to marketing. Katherine has led instrumental functions in the company from front-end development and design, to sales and customer implementation and training. Katherine has worked at Kelkoo—a subsidiary of Yahoo! (one of Europe's largest e-commerce websites after Amazon and eBay) and has taught marketing courses at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). Katherine holds a Masters in Media Studies from the University of Oslo, Norway, and a BA in Communication from Simon Fraser University.
Mike Squance | VP of Engineering
Mike helps translate product vision into a world-class marketing technology solution. Mike is passionate about leading and growing world-class development teams and products and has more than 20 years experience in the industry. He previously spent eight years at AppNeta (formerly Apparent Networks), where he helped build and lead a growing engineering team, including development, QA and support teams. Mike leads the operational side of the team, applying his leadership and technical skills to support a fast-growing customer-base. Mike holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Victoria.
Richard Sharp | VP Marketing
Richard joins Allocadia from Marqui Solutions where he led marketing,
sales and customer success serving leading companies including Bell
Aliant, BC Lotteries, Neustar and Telus. His 15 plus years of experience
include product management and marketing roles at NASDAQ-listed Airspan
Networks, consumer electronics multi-national Philips Electronics and
Vancouver's ResponseTek Networks. Richard holds a bachelors degree in
control engineering from the University of Sheffield and an MBA from
Cranfield School of Management, both in the UK.
