Over or Under report
When you login, you get a clear and instant summary of where you're at. Know instantly: are you over or under budget? Or, if you continued to spend as planned, would you be over or under budget?

Category report
A large pie chart will show you where you've spent your marketing budget. For example, how much (and what percentage) did you spend in tradeshows, campaigns, or online marketing? Drill-down to see further category breakdowns, such as how much you spent at a specific tradeshow or on a specific campaign.

ROI reports
You can use Allocadia™ to input your ROI information, giving you a summary view of the effectiveness of your marketing programs. You can also use Allocadia as a presentation tool to demonstrate the effectiveness of your campaigns.

Recommended Reports

Moving beyond the numbers, you can now get unprecedented visibility into your marketing costs. We include some recommended information for you and your team to capture (as part of our budgeting templates that you use on creation of a new budget), based on budgeting best-practices; however, you can edit, delete or hide any of these recommended reports, or create your own custom reports.

Custom Reports

Allocadia™ allows you to track any other budget information you would like. You can create custom reports that are unique to your organization. In our manage columns and calculations page, users can simply identify new field and values they'd like to capture, and Allocadia automatically creates reports displaying that information in a meaningful way.
