Track your marketing ROI

You can use Allocadia™ to input your ROI information, giving you a summary view of the effectiveness of your marketing programs. You can also use Allocadia as a presentation tool to demonstrate the effectiveness of your campaigns.

Phase 1 ROI features

The ROI information you will be able to capture includes:

Leads (Projected and Actual): The Leads-CPA report then gets automatically populated, and gives you a summary view of total leads, and also calculates your lead Cost-per-Acquisition
Revenue (Projected and Actual): The Revenue-ROI report then gets automatically populated, and gives you a summary view of total revenue, and also calculates the ROI percentage based on budget spent.

Phase 2 ROI features

Developing the ROI analysis features within Allocadia will be a large focus for us moving forward. We will be including a new tab dedicated to Metrics for your budget and marketing activities in general. To start, we will give you a place to manually capture ROI data that you and your team have collected, coming from areas such as your CRM or finance system for example. Allocadia will very soon give you a single place to capture all of your existing ROI data, and automatically view summary reports on the results.

In the future, we'll be looking at different ways you can:

> Import ROI information automatically from data sources, such as Google AdWords or salesforce.com campaign reports for example
> Measure the effectiveness of your budget spend in other ways
